ANNUAL Scouts FUNDRAISER
The 100th Oakville Zoroastrian Scouts Group is excited to officially invite parents, family and friends to our Annual Fundraiser themed, FIFA World Cup, on June 21st 2014. Attached herewith is the event flyer as we are starting to distribute and spread the word for this eagerly awaited event.
The purpose of this event is to raise funds for our scouts group. This enables us to organize outdoor sessions, purchase supplies for various activities and most importantly help our kids attend future Jamborees and Cuborees for which their expenses are subsidized by these collections.
We have started taking names and payments for this event and would like people who are interested in attending the event to give their names / amounts to any of the following individuals:

In addition to attending the event, there are many ways to help support this event such as:
· Having local businesses or donors advertise in our brochure or donating to Scouts Canada in favour of our Scouts group. Local business would be your dentist or professional service providers, parents who have their own businesses or even your own work place if they are interested in advertising. These donations and advertisements will be printed in our fundraising brochure which will be distributed the day of the event. I am attaching a letter which describes the process in more detail and can be handed out to potential donors or advertisers.
· Buying tickets for the event itself. Highlights of the pricing for the event are $25/adult and $15/kids, details of which can be found in the attached flyer.
· Buying raffle tickets. We are holding a raffle ($20/each raffle ticket or $50/for 3 raffle tickets), with the following prizes:
1st Prize = $500 CASH
2nd Prize = 2 Maple Leaf tickets for the upcoming season
3rd prize = $50 pre-paid Visa card
