OZCF Sports Video Games Tournament
The OZCF Sports Committee would like to introduce NHL & FIFA Video Games Tournament for PS4 and Xbox users.
The Tournament will occur in the comfort of your own home!
Registration: January 5th, 2021 to January 14th, 2021
- Done through the OZCF website ONLY
- Upon registration, players will indicate on the OZCF website which years ('20 or '21) of the game they have
Tournament: January 18th, 2021 to February 28th, 2021
Entry Fees: $5 per tournament (NHL and FIFA)
*players can decide to enter one or both tournaments
Winner: Winner of each tournament will receive a cash prize!!!

REQUIREMENTS
Video Game Consoles: Xbox and PS4
*(Xbox players will play against Xbox users, and PlayStation players will play against PlayStation users) – there will be two different tournaments as there is no console crossover allowed.
Sports Video Games: NHL20 or NHL21 & FIFA20 or FIFA21
Online membership: Xbox Live and/or PlayStation Plus

Rules:
1. Points will be obtained as followed:
a. NHL
i. Win = 3 points
ii. Loss/OTL = 1 point
iii. In an event of a draw at the end of regulation time, players should play Overtime to determine a winner, followed by a Shootout if it is still undetermined.
b. FIFA
i. Win = 3 points
ii. Loss = 1 point
iii. In the event of a draw at the end of regulation time, players should play Extra-Time to determine a winner, followed by a Penalty Kick Shootout if it is still undetermined.
2. After the game is complete, the winner of the game will report the score to Xarius Jasavala in a WhatsApp group chat that will be created.
3. Playoff format will be determined as followed:
a. Points
b. Goal differential
c. Head-to-Head
d. Flip of a Coin
4. Online etiquette must always be maintained!
