Dear OZCF Members in Good Standing,
As the situation regarding COVID – 19 continues, we write to advise that the Board of Directors have taken the decision, at their monthly meeting held on May 12th, 2021, to hold a virtual only Annual General Meeting of the membership.
The Annual General Meeting will be held on July 11, 2021 @ 11:00 am @ the ZRCC.
The Board continues to act in accordance with provincial guidelines which state that, in Step 2, Places of Worship may only host members up to 15% of capacity. This results in less than 20 members to be present in-person for the Meeting. We will require the in-person presence of all 11 Board members, Place of Worship Advisory Committee principals, Information and Technology Committee members to broadcast the Meeting virtually, and Scrutineers. This total alone will bring us to the allowable maximum capacity.
Rest assured we have the technology in place to host a virtual only AGM as evidenced by holding a hybrid Meeting last year. All members in good standing will have the opportunity to pose questions during the meeting.
